WASHINGTON MAGIC NAMED “AMBASSADOR” FOR THE ART
October 4, 2022, Washington, DC: The world’s most prestigious magic school, the McBride’s Magic & Mystery School, has named Washington Magic to be an “Ambassador” in an official ceremony.
Washington Magic is one of the nation’s most prestigious venues for conjuring and mind reading—housed in the historic, 220-year-old Arts Club of Washington, the show is entering its 20th straight sell-out on October 31, 2022.

Nicknamed “Hogwarts for grown-ups,” the Las Vegas-based McBride Magic & Mystery School boasts the world’s top magic teachers, and this summer saw three students win top honors at World Championships of Magic in Quebec.
“Through their work at Washington Magic, David Morey, John McLaughlin, Eric Henning, and Krishan Mathur have demonstrated a great love for magic and have raised the standard for mystery entertainment in our Nation’s Capital,” said founder and master magician Jeff McBride.
“In addition, during the pandemic they continued their monthly shows online, raised money for their venue, the Arts Club of Washington, and later donated the videos of those shows to MagicForUkraine.org, to help give refugee families a respite from the horrors of war.
The entire team at Washington Magic exemplifies the values of McBride’s Magic & Mystery School: Skill, Beauty, Mystery and Service,” McBride continued.
